4 Keys To Guarantee You Crush Any Goal No Matter How Big It Is!

I feel like a lot of people over complicate achieving their dreams and crushing goals. And so what I’m going to do today is give you guys four very simple tips anyone can do to be able to achieve any dream and crush any goal no matter how crazy it may sound. Get something to take some notes with, and let’s get started.

Humans are hard wired to make everything more difficult than it really is, and I think … I’ve got a few different theories on why. One of them is I feel like a lot of people feel like they don’t deserve to have their dreams. And there’s a lot of different reasons why, but I think a lot of people feel like they don’t deserve to have the things they want the most out of life. You could have that, anyone can, if you have these four simple tips working for you.

First of all, you have to realize you’re not going to get out of a situation with the same mindset that you had getting into it. And I’ll give you an example of that. So, if you’re in a tight spot, for whatever reason, you’ve got debt piling up or kids aren’t doing well in school. You’re not hitting your business goals. If you have these things, then you’ve had a certain mindset that got you into that situation. You’re not going to get out of that situation with the same mindset that got you in it.

If you’re at $5,000 a month in income and you’re trying to get to $50,000, you’re not going to get to a $50,000 a month income with the same mindset, the same state of mind, the same mental capacity that you’re at $5,000 a month, because there’s a big difference between someone who thinks $5,000 and a person who thinks $50,000, or $100,000 a month.

Before I get into these four principles, I just want you to understand that only one of these principles is mental. Only one of these principles is going to be something psychological. The other three are things that you can do practical. But a lot of your challenges are going to be mental things. They’re going to be mindset related.

  1. Goals.

The first thing you have to do is set clear and concise goals. You have to have crystal clear concise goals, and this is so important, and you have to write them down.

Because whenever you have these clear, concise goals, you need to keep them at the forefront of your thoughts and have that visualization working for you all the time. Visualization is so important.

Another reason why that’s so important is tracking. In business, tracking is of the utmost importance. If you own a restaurant, you’re tracking how much lettuce you have or how many french fries you have. You’re tracking payroll, you’re tracking all sorts of cool stuff. So, tracking is of the utmost importance. If you don’t have clear and concise goals, you’re not going to be able to track anything.

  1. Obsession.

The second big tip that I can give you is to become obsessed. There’s probably going to be someone that reads this and says, “Hey, becoming obsessed can be dangerous. That sounds psycho, that sounds crazy.” I think most incredible accomplishments come from a man or woman that became obsessesed. Whenever you become obsessed, your mind only looks for other ways for you to accomplish your goal.

An obsessed person might recognize challenges, issues, or setbacks. But it’s not something that is going to stop them from pursuing their goal, because they’re obsessed. This person is losing sleep over the attainment of this thing, over the accomplishment of this goal, over the achievement of this dream. This person is thinking about it non-stop, all day long.

So, find something you can get obsessed about, and become obsessed. Whatever your business is, whatever it is that you’re looking to achieve, become obsessed about it. If you want this year to be any different than any other previous year, become obsessed about something.

  1. Training.

The third big tip that I can give you, and it’s of the utmost importance, is training. My son likes this video game, Fortnite. And so any waking moment that he’s got, he’s training, he’s on YouTube looking up keys, and tips, and techniques, and training about Fortnite. That’s his thing. He’s eight years old right now, and that’s awesome.

Chances are that you’re training to be a better entrepreneur. Maybe better at booking, better at goal setting, better at whatever. You want to make sure that if you’re serious about your business, whatever it is. You’re looking for a mentor, a coach, or you’re on YouTube. You might want to get a PHD at YouTube university. Look up PDFs, look up training on people that have been successful in your field. I cater to the direct selling profession. Personal development, network marketers, home based business entrepreneurs.

Me personally, even though I’m a trainer and coach for that profession, I’m always consuming content every day. Every single day I’m on YouTube, I’m looking up other coaches, looking up other trainers. I’m getting on Google, I’m finding PDFs. I’m finding people that have been successful in my field.

I used to work for a company called Combine Insurance Company. I went door to door, store to store selling insurance. We had a two week long sales school in which I actually went on to be the person that taught the sales school. But, before I did, we would have two weeks where we would practice this sales presentation word for word. And it was about an eight and a half minute presentation, and I know that because I could have recited it in my sleep. I had a whole sales presentation that I memorized word perfect through repetition. We did it all day. We would spend from eight in the morning until six in the afternoon just repetition, repetition, repetition. Get it done, get it done, get it done. And that’s all we did.

Einstein had a great quote about training, he said, “Intellectual growth should start at birth, and shouldn’t stop until death.” You should be growing every single day. Training and repetition are very important guys, very important. We actually spent six figures on training just last year. We budget just for training, personal development, and coaches. You have to budget your daily time for training, for repetition, that sort of thing.

  1. Consistency.

So, the last of the four tips that I’m going to give you is absolutely paramount, it’s going to be the difference between the 99% and the one percenters. If you want to become a one percenter this year, this is going to be how. It’s consistency. Make consistency your slave. I’ve been told there’s no greater asset to you, your business and your life than consistency.

If you really want to take things to the highest peak level that they can possibly get to, you must have consistency. Show up every single day. On the days you don’t feel like it, show up twice as hard. Show up on the days that you don’t feel like it, you’ve got flu, you’ve got a flat tire, your grandma got her arm caught in the microwave.

Whatever it is, whatever lame issue or excuse you want to use to not show up that day, show up twice as hard on those days. And then on the days that you can’t show up, show up three times as hard. You’ve got to show up every single day and perform.


Your business is only going to thrive on results. That’s it. And consistency is going to get you there. Consistency beats hard work 10 times out of 10. I’ve seen people launch a business. They’re show horses. The difference between a show horse and a work horse, a show horse can go out there and just kill it for a week, maybe a month, two months. A work horse shows up every single day and gets the job done. When the show horse is out partying, the work horse is going to be that one that I want.

Those are the four tips. They are really elementary tips, they are very simple tips. Because even though I’ve mentioned them, you’re probably thinking I’ve heard these before. But are you doing them? Are you doing them?
